Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Architecture & Database Management: Design and implement complex, scalable data architectures, ensuring efficient data delivery across the organization.
2. Data Pipeline Construction: Assemble large, sophisticated data sets to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
3. Optimization: Fine-tune and improve data processing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimization, and performance.
4. Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and analysts to provide data necessary for insights, modeling, and business intelligence tasks.
5. Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure data compliance with all regulations and security measures. Monitor data quality and create solutions to address potential issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, Java, and other data-related technologies. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
3. Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a data engineering role, with proven experience in designing and managing data pipelines.
4. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data challenges and create effective solutions.
5. Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various teams and present data-driven insights.
